Do We Partner with Agents?
Yes, we partner with any licenced agent who registers to represent a buyer. You must disclose his/her name, address & phone number 24 hours prior to the real estate auction, by phone, fax or email. A 3% commission fee (of the auctioneers’ actual commission or buyer’s premium) is paid to the agent at closing if the Agent’s Buyers closes the Terms of the Contract.
How Do I Show One of Your Properties?
You can show a property by phoning our office at 613-267-6027 to schedule a date & time for a private viewing. We will accompany you and your potential Buyer or we can show your client without your attendance. We do not use lock boxes. You may or may not attend the auction with your buyer.
Can I Represent a Family Member and Still Earn a Commission?
Yes, but you must register the buyer with our company at least 24 hours prior to the auction and provide proof of registration. Your registered buyer must be the high bidder and close under the terms of the contract in order for the commission to be paid.
Can I the Realtor Bid on Behalf of My Absentee Client?
Yes you can, provided that you have registered the buyer with our company at least 24 hours prior to the auction and provide proof of registration. A partially completed and pre-signed Offer to Purchase Contract can be completed in advance such that your client becomes the successful buyer.
You can earn a commission by referring a property to us that we sell by auction.
